The variety of browsers and evolving ways in which videos are presented can cause undesired results. Here are our recommendations to achieve the best viewing experience.

First, we recommend making sure you have the latest Adobe Flash Player.

Another option is to try using a browser that supports HTML5. Specifically, supports Google Chrome and Safari.

Certificates for participants on September 2014 CPD units
by Victoria Matthews-Patel - Manager - Thursday, 29 January 2015, 10:20 AM

Certificates for the September 2014 CPD, International and Supporting Adults Programme units will not be issued by 4th February, as per the key dates document.  The wording on CPD certificates has been reviewed and changed recently and this has caused a delay.  Certificates will now be issued by Wednesday 18th February.

I apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Best wishes,
