We are making some changes to the security of our Moodle site.
Please note: there is no requirement to change existing passwords. The new password requirements will only affect you if you decide to change your password or you reset your password.
Passwords must satisfy the following requirements:
- At least 12 characters
- At least 1 number
- At least 1 uppercase letter
- If you change your password, you will be automatically logged out of any other browser sessions.
- If you fail to enter a correct password 5 times within 10 minutes, you will be locked out for 24 hours.
The changes will be applied to the site on 09:00 Monday 18th July 2022. There should be no impact to you . However, if you experience any issues, please email tickets@moodlesupport.uservoice.com.
